Fill out this form; make sure you check all the places that apply to you and your quilt.

If it is a "Journey" quilt, we want you to attach a separate page telling the story of the Journey.

Take a photo of your quilt − finished or in progress. Print this on your computer or copy a regular photo of the quilt onto paper. It needs to be in color. Put your name, the name of the quilt, the size of the quilt, and its priority on the back of the photo. Staple this to the registration form.

Bring this form and the attached photo to the May, June or July meetings, or mail it to the address at the bottom of the form.

You must be a member of the Guild to have a quilt in the show.

The quilt must not have been in an El Camino Quilt Show previously.

The quilt must have been made by you, the Member. It may be quilted by a non-member.

You are guaranteed at least one quilt in the Show.

You may Register as many quilts as you like − each quilt must have a form and a photo. The form can be downloaded and printed out by clicking here, or can be picked up at the next guild meeting.

If you participate in the challenge for 2009, you will register this quilt the same way, and it will be hung. It does not count toward your guaranteed "one quilt per member".

You must prioritize your quilts − that way we will know your favorite, and the one you most want to be in the show. Make sure this is on the back of the photo also.

We are all very excited about the show and know with your participation it will be even better than 2007, and that one was pretty good.
