Upcoming Events & Speakers:

  • JANUARY 9TH, 2024 GUILD MEETING & WORKSHOP:  Anne Sonner will be our guest speaker at our January meeting with a discussion on Family HIstory Quilts.  She will also provide her Photo Transfer Workshop the next day, Wednesday, January 10th, 2024, at Quilt In A Day.  Please log in to the calendar for more details and to register for this incredible workshop.  ** Please note:  Participants will need to provide Anne with an 8 1/2 x 11" image or with (2) 5x7" images by December 27, 2023. Anne will transfer and print these images onto (1) 8 1/2 x 11" piece of fabric with pigment inks and bring them to the workshop for each registrant to work with during the class. Additional prints can be purchased ($10 per 8 1/2 x 11 sheet) at our guild meeting. By participating in this workshop, you will have the opportunity to work with your personal image transferred onto fabric, and you will learn all the steps so that you can do this technique at home.  Please read Anne Sonner Workshop Flyer JAN 2024 for more detailed information.
  • FEBRUARY 13, 2024 GUILD MEETING:  This is our exciting Quilter's University event!  Come and learn many new tips and tricks from our talented guild members!  No workshop this month.
  • MARCH 12 & 13, 2024 GUILD MEETING AND WORKSHOP:  Our March guest speaker is Pam Hadfield!  She will be presenting her beautiful quilts in a trunk show and giving a workshop entitled Crazy Christmas Trees.  Currently there is a wait list for her workshop.
