SILENT AUCTION AND MEGA SALE – ONLY 109 more days!

Plans are well underway for our HUGE fundraiser that is coming up on September 13, 2022. It will be held at Faith Community Church from 9:30-noon in lieu of our regular meeting. We need everyone’s help to make it a success so we are calling on all members to participate. This is a great way to fulfill your volunteer obligation and have fun too!

Please check in at the Silent Auction/Ways and Means table at the next guild meeting to drop off your items and to volunteer to help. We are still looking for some Big Items that might appeal to our broader community of shoppers so consider a donation of tickets, passes or gift cards. Your donations are not just limited to quilt related items. The more variety the better! Just a couple more meetings before the BIG EVENT so don’t delay.

Some fun items at this year’s auction will be our Stash Builder Bags and what we’re calling “Insta-Quilts”….patterns or books packaged with all the supplies needed to make a mini quilt or wall-hanging.

So, it’s time right now for you to sort through your unfinished projects, leftover scraps of fabric, tools and notions, and kits and patterns that you might never get around to using and send them our way.
